Refunds

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. If you need an exchange, please contact us.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and shipped.
